- 12 eggs hard boiled
- 24 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. onion chopped
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 2 2-oz. jars lumpfish caviar (enough to cover top of mold)

Instructions
- Cut wax paper or parchment paper to cover bottom of a large, 10-inch springform pan
- Chop hard-boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise.spread on bottom of pan. Cover egg mixture with chopped onion.
- Mix cream cheese ad sour cream until smooth and creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture over eggs and onion.
- Chill for a least 6 hours and release from mold on to platter. Drain caviar and spread over top of mold. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
