Ingredients
12
eggs
hard boiled
24
oz.
cream cheese
1 1/2
c.
sour cream
1
c.
onion
chopped
2
T.
mayonnaise
2
2-oz.
jars lumpfish caviar
(enough to cover top of mold)
Instructions
Cut wax paper or parchment paper to cover bottom of a large, 10-inch springform pan
Chop hard-boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise.spread on bottom of pan. Cover egg mixture with chopped onion.
Mix cream cheese ad sour cream until smooth and creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture over eggs and onion.
Chill for a least 6 hours and release from mold on to platter. Drain caviar and spread over top of mold. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
